Instructions

  1. In a large skillet (or a slow cooker with a browning setting), cook the onions in the butter until lightly browned.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the browned onions and butter with the beef bouillon, water, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Top each bowl with toasted french bread sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
