Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 2-4 garlic cloves
  • 16 oz ricotta Try cottage cheese instead
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 4 oz ounces parmesan
  • 4 oz Provolone
  • 1 tbs dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Things to experiment with
  • White wine
  • Lemon Juice
  • onion/powder

Method
 

  1. Press garlic cloves to make a paste.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for 2+ hours if possible.
