Sriracha Peanuts

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Salted Virginia Peanuts 2 cups by volume
  • 4 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Cooking Spray

Method
 

  1. Coat a large (12+ inch) non-stick pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together sriracha, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. On the stove, over medium-high heat, stir together peanuts & sriracha mixture.
  4. Stir almost constantly for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove peanuts to baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Place pan into 200 degree oven (no need to preheat) for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes
  7. Remove and let cool.
