Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp Peeled & deveined
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Pico De Gallo
  • 1 pkg pico de gallo Lowe's
  • 4 oz Salsa Paul Newman's Mild
  • 2 tbsp cilantro fresh; chopped
Tacos
  • 4 Soft Tortillas Corn or flour; taco size
  • 1/2 avacado small dice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro fresh; chopped
  • 1 Radishes sliced thin then chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Method
 

Shrimp
  1. Rinse shrimp in a bowl of water with lemon juice added. Do not let it sit more than a few minutes, then drain and pat dry. Season shrimp with Old Bay. Heat butter in skillet and quickly sauté until just turning pink.

  1. Combine ingredients
Tacos
  1. Wrap tortillas in a paper towel microwave for 20-30 seconds. Spread sour cream down the center, then pile on the shrimp and toppings.
