Scandinavian Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can French Cut Green Beans strained
  • 1 15 oz can White Shoepeg Corn strained
  • 1 15 oz can LeSeur Small Green Peas strained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup onion small diced; (~1/2 onion)
  • 1 cup celery small dice
  • 1 cup carrot small dice
  • 1 4 0z jar pimentos strained , small dice

Method
 

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper over medium heat, stirring until sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
  2. Cool liquid to room temperature.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate
