Sautéed Cabbage and Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 strips bacon or 4 tbsp bacon grease + pre-cooked bacon
  • 1 lb Slaw-cut Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet or sauté pan, remove and reserve all grease.
  2. With pan over medium heat, add cabbage, salt and pepper.
  3. Crumble bacon back into the mixture.
  4. Stir occasionally until wilted and beginning to brown.
