Sautéed Cabbage and Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 strips bacon or 4 tbsp bacon grease + pre-cooked bacon
  • 1 lb Slaw-cut Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in large skillet or sauté pan, remove and reserve all grease.
  • With pan over medium heat, add cabbage, salt and pepper.
  • Crumble bacon back into the mixture.
  • Stir occasionally until wilted and beginning to brown.
