Ingredients
  

  • 14.5 oz Sauerkraut
  • 3 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Carroway seed
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz Apple sauce a single serve cup is perfect
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Method
 

  1. Strain 1 can of kraut
  2. Combine all ingredients in a pot
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer
