Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Spread

Ingredients
  

Roasted Garlic
  • 8 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Spread
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 385 degrees F.
  2. Tightly wrap garlic in foil with a drizzle of olive oil. Then wrap a second time with another sheet of foil.
  3. Roast garlic in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove garlic from aluminum foil and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Mash garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt together with a fork until spread has a uniform, paste-like consistency.
