Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz Elbow noodles
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
Topping
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Method
 

Preheat
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare Noodles
  1. Boil noodles in salted water for two minutes less than package indicates. Drain with a colander.
Main Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine noodles and everything *except* the breadcrumbs and butter.
  2. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 8x10 or 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

The breadcrumbs can be regular, or panko.  Either way, seasoned breadcrumbs are better.
