Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz Chopped Frozen Broccoli 2 packs
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Egg well beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 cup French’s Fried Onion Rings or more
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350.

Main Dish

  • Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Pepper really well. Set aside.
  • Combine soup, mayonaise, egg. Salt & pepper to taste. Add Cheese; combine. Add broccoli; combine.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with fried onions and pat with butter.
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
