Tracie’s Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans drained
- 1 can white corn drained
- 1 small can yellow corn drained
- 1 can Rotel
- 5 spring onions diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 handful cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and refridgerate 2+ hours (or overnight) before serving.
