Medium Yellow Onion

“Mashed Happiness”
“Sautéed Cabbage andBacon”
Method
Combine bangers, onions, and beer in a pot. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook for at least 30 minutes.
Layer plate with mashed potatoes, then cabbage, then top with 2 bangers.
