Method
- Bring broth and spices to a rolling boil. Add ramen and steep until tender (3-5 minutes). Split noodles and broth among serving bowls, then add desired toppings.
Notes
Beef broth did not turn out well when we tried it, so we stick with chicken. The suggested smokey sausages are almost required. We use leftover Jalapeño & cheese bratwursts from our local grocery store and the smokey aspect really sets the dish off. About 1/2 a link (sliced) per bowl is perfect.
