Susan’s Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 20 oz Chopped Frozen Broccoli 2 packs
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1 Egg well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar shredded
- 1/2 cup French’s Fried Onion Rings or more
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat
- Preheat oven to 350.
Main Dish
- Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Pepper really well. Set aside.
- Combine soup, mayonaise, egg. Salt & pepper to taste. Add Cheese; combine. Add broccoli; combine.
- Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with fried onions and pat with butter.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
